These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of launchist.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of digital products (such as eBooks, Notion templates, and business playbooks) provided by Launchist (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Nature of Products

All products sold by Launchist are digital products including but not limited to:

  • eBooks
  • Notion templates
  • AI prompt libraries
  • Operational systems
  • Business playbooks

No physical products are shipped. Access is delivered via Gumroad upon successful purchase.

3. Licensing & Permitted Use

All products are sold under a specific license type. Your rights depend on the license purchased.

A. Creator License (Single Business Use)

If you purchase a Creator License, you may:

  • Rebrand and modify the product
  • Sell the product under your own brand
  • Use the product in your own services or offers
  • Sell directly to end customers

You may not:

  • Transfer your license to another business entity
  • Share raw files with other businesses
  • Use the product across multiple separate businesses

The Creator License applies to one legal business entity only.

B. Program License

If you purchase a Program License, you may:

  • Distribute the product inside a paid course, cohort, membership, or group program
  • Provide access to multiple enrolled participants
  • Use the product as part of structured program delivery

Program Licenses do not grant:

  • White-label resale rights to other businesses
  • Multi-company redistribution rights
  • License transfer rights

Each program operator must hold their own valid Program License.

C. License Enforcement

Unauthorized sharing, duplication, redistribution, resale without proper licensing, or misuse of licensing tiers is strictly prohibited.

Launchist reserves the right to:

  • Revoke access
  • Terminate licenses
  • Pursue legal remedies
  • Seek damages for misuse

4. Intellectual Property

  • All products, materials, frameworks, templates, branding, and associated content remain the intellectual property of Launchist LLC.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license according to the license purchased.
  • Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

5. No Earnings Guarantees

Launchist products are educational and operational tools.

We do not guarantee:

  • Revenue
  • Profitability
  • Business growth
  • Client acquisition
  • Specific outcomes

Results depend entirely on your implementation, experience, positioning, and market conditions.

You accept full responsibility for your business decisions and outcomes.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds are issued once access has been delivered.

EU/EEA consumers:

Under EU law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing and accessing digital products immediately, you expressly consent to waive this right.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share purchased files publicly or privately outside your license scope
  • Sell products without the appropriate license
  • Use products for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
  • Claim authorship of original Launchist intellectual property
  • Resell Creator License products under multiple separate business entities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Launchist LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business revenue
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party claims

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launchist LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of licensed products
  • Your resale practices
  • Your customer disputes
  • Your marketing claims

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. U.S. customers agree to exclusive jurisdiction in Wyoming courts. EU/EEA customers retain mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

11. Changes to Terms

Launchist reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site or products constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
